Refund Policy

1. Overview

At KAVURA AM LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your options. Due to the consumable nature of our food and beverage products, our refund policy has specific conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@shopkavura.com or call 302-608-7352.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard refund policy applies.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). If you receive a refund for a qualifying item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the error was on our part.

8. Bulk & Custom Orders

Custom and bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss terms. Refunds on bulk orders are subject to individual agreement.
