ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of KAVURA AM LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The giveaway runs on a weekly basis. Each weekly entry period begins Monday at 9:00 AM CST and ends the following Sunday at 11:00 PM CST ("Entry Period"). Winners are announced each Monday at approximately 10:00 AM CST.

HOW TO ENTER (WITH PURCHASE): During the Entry Period, purchase any KAVURA product from shopkavura.com or a participating retail location. Upload a photo of your receipt using the entry form at shopkavura.com/giveaway.html, complete all required fields, and agree to the stated consent terms. One (1) entry per person per weekly Entry Period.

HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — AMOE): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: KAVURA AM LLC Giveaway, 13328 Westheimer Rd #3205, Houston, TX 77077. Must be postmarked by Friday of the applicable Entry Period week. One (1) AMOE entry per person per weekly Entry Period. Mechanically reproduced entries not accepted.

PRIZES: Each week, ten (10) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $100 KAVURA gift card plus one (1) 18-pack of KAVURA beverages (ARV: approximately $135). Nine (9) Runner-Up winners will each receive one (1) 18-pack of KAVURA beverages (ARV: approximately $35 each). Total ARV of all prizes per week: approximately $450. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at KAVURA's sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by random drawing each Monday and announced on KAVURA's Instagram Live at approximately 10:00 AM CST at @shopkavura. Winners will also be contacted via the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT: By entering with purchase, entrants agree to post a photo featuring their KAVURA product or receipt on social media and tag @shopkavura. Entrants grant KAVURA AM LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use submitted content for promotional and advertising purposes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: KAVURA AM LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond KAVURA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. KAVURA is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of KAVURA AM LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
